Qualified Fabricators and Welders can earn up to £30,000 a year!
You can too, if you embark on an Apprenticeship. Fabricators and welders work with metals such as steel and aluminium which are cut, joined and formed to exact specifications and structures such as parts for motor vehicles, aeroplanes, domestic appliances, ships, computer cases, ducting, metal cabinets, cladding, pipelines and much more.
In fact, most products made of metal include some form of welding and fabrication.
