Priority response to calls for assistance When an emergency arises members are given first priority.

Payment 28 days after commencement of service As a member you enjoy the benefit of being invoiced on commencement of the service rather than having to pay in advance.

Eligibility to be elected to the PETA Board PETA Ltd is a registered charity, limited by guarantee of its Members, and is owned by the Membership. The Board, known as the Council, is elected from the Membership and they are the strategic planners of the company. As a Member you are eligible to be elected to the Council.

FREE services A selection of services are updated monthly and provided on a first come first served basis.

FREE initial training health check As a new member joining PETA, we will offer a free of charge visit where one of our highly professional and experienced training advisers will conduct a training review, identifying your core needs and options to fulfilling those needs. This means your training will be based on clear and measurable objectives specifically related to advancing your business.

FREE telephone help-line – limited over the phone support Assistance is available via the telephone in support of Health and Safety, IT and HR issues. The help line is for simple over the phone information which requires no investigation, a visit to your company or research. Support outside of the free help line is charged in accordance with our advisory service hourly rate.

FREE places on topical seminars and events Throughout the year there are several events which are held and are offered to Members free of charge.

FREE web link from our list of members to your website On your application be sure to let us know that you want a link from our website to yours, when companies visit our list they can link direct to your site which may result in new business for you.

Open course support package We value your investment in training no matter how large or how small. Our open pre and post course support is designed to help us understand your expectations of the course, specific needs of your delegate and preferred learning approach. We will also work with you after the event to aid in the transfer of learning back into the work place.
